CANCELLATION: 3% fee.

- No-Show/Day-of, 100% of Rental.
- No-Show/Day-of Multi-Day, 2Day Rate.
WEATHER: It happens! No Boating in Extreme Weather. No refund for mild weather. Severe weather prior to rental; we try to reschedule. Storm during rental; take shelter, we will extend if possible.

- Must be 21 to Rent and Operate.
- DO NOT OVERLOAD: 9 Passenger/1220lbs
- OBEY NO WAKE; Within Areas Marked with Buoys.
- No Boat Operation Dusk til Dawn!
- Stay 75 Feet Away from Boats, Yield to Non-Motorized.
- Children Under 13 Must Wear a Personal Floatation Device (PFD).
- We Love Pets...bring them ($25 Cleaning Fee Applies).
- No Towing Allowed From Any Rental Boat (tubes, skiers, boards etc).
- Seats (Use as Intended): Sit Down & Close Gates; Balance Passenger Weight (front2back and left2right); NO Riding Outside Rails; No Sitting at Bow with Feet Dangling; NO Standing on, Jumping or Diving from Seats or Seat Back-Rests.
- NO Open Container of Fortified Wine, Liquors or Mixed Alcoholic Beverages.
- NO Smoking, No Drugs, No Operation by Anyone Impaired.
- NO Beaching the Boats, Mind PROP in Shallow Water.
- NO Trespassing. Stay off Private Property.
- Do Not Pull On or Step on the Steering Cable (near ladder).
- DO NOT SHIFT THROTTLE From Forward to Reverse or Vice Versa Without a PAUSE in NEUTRAL, Damage to the Engine/Charges Incur.
- TURN OFF ENGINE While Swimming, Retract Swim Ladder Before Operation.
- Personal Property: Take it with you, Not Responsible for Left Items.
